Papillon Day Spa

*Long post but I highly recommend you read* Brooke was absolutely INCREDIBLE at my facial. It was my favorite thing I have ever had done. Cherese did awesome work on my massage and I truly enjoyed talking to her. She made me feel so relaxed and the massage was unstoppable. Bailey was the most fun person ever. I loved working with her so much and she made sure everything looked excellent! I absolutely loved my experience but the after part is beyond disappointing for what I paid. I had my gel extensions break off within a week when they costed over $80 then my gel polish on my toes has already chipped off. I have had both done in the past at other places and never had this happen until after two-three weeks. The frustrating part is that I had this done for my wedding and honeymoon and they didn’t even last through my honeymoon. I paid over $300 for this experience. I will be back but only to get the facial and massage next time. I love this little spa but I can’t justify paying that for all my nails to come off within 9 days and my gel nail polish on my toes to be chipped so badly. First picture is day of, second picture is six days later, then last picture is 9 days later.

I went in to get my nails done for my birthday and loved the experience and my nails. I went in thinking I would just get a regular gel extension set with all black polish. After siting there talking with Lauren and Bailey they convinced me to do something a little more fun and I’m absolutely happy I listened. Those two are awesome and made the whole experience even better than expected. It’s now been 2 weeks and my nails are still looking great and getting complimented (which is awesome because I tend to accidentally break them quickly). The ambiance is beautiful and relaxing and I would recommend you stop in if you’re thinking about it.

I am sorry there are not more stars! This is a truly wonderful place! It is well decorated..it is super clean and the atmosphere is so conducive to relaxation. Moreover the people that work there are committed to providing an excellent experience. Lauren, who mans the reception desk makes everyone feel special and does so professionally My esthetician and manicurist, Rachel is the consummate professional and at the top of her craft. I always leave feeling”spiffy.. it is absolutely a five star experience

Papillon day spa is hands down the best spa in the Worthington/Columbus area! Lauren who works the front desk is so welcoming and always welcomes you with a smile. I always go to Bailey for my gel manicures, she is absolutely amazing! So creative and very passionate about her talents. I always have an outstanding experience at Papillon and encourage everyone to make an appointment, you won’t regret it!

I’ve gotten my nails done by Bailey a number of times now and I’ve never had such amazing nails! She is always up for fun and different nail art, full of great ideas, and always does amazing work. I’ve never had my gels last so long and so well from anywhere else. She’s always so fun to talk with too! Never a dull moment during nail appointments or facials!

Papillon Day Spa is the only place I go for massages and gel nails! Chanel is exactly what I was looking for in a massage therapist! She brings extensive knowledge and experience to every massage. She asks and is attentive to my goals offering many options to achieve them – not your basic massage. I see her every other week and it is the best money I can spend for my overall health and wellbeing. Bailey has been a dream come true to a new ‘gel manicure’ client. She has taken the time to get to know me so she can stretch me to fun colors and designs, not wasting time with colors and designs which don’t match my personality. Importantly, she continues to educated me with ways to improve the overall health of my nails and skin. Anyone who comes to Papillon will be pleased with the array of services, professionalism of staff, and welcoming feeling each client feels.

Have been going to Papillon Day Spa since this summer. I love their professionalism and the friendly atmosphere they display. Ari, the young lady who does my nails is always friendly and makes sure my manicure meets my standards. I have never had to wait , she has always been ready when I arrive..I'm in and out in a timely manner. This means a lot to me, being respectful of my time.
